I am not at all familiar with the original fairy tale, but this was a fun read anyway! It’s like a reverse sleeping beauty with quests. The golden horse is my favorite side character! 😂 I quite enjoyed seeing the MCs as children and watching them grow up. Kazik is so lovable! A sweet romance with villainous plots and magic! Overall a very engaging story and totally recommend!

This is a stand alone, but if there are a lot of characters that come back for their own books, so it’s fun to read in order. Brady and Natalie are very interested in each other, but have commitments that put hundreds of miles between them. Each are determined to ignore their feelings, but that’s a trifle difficult when you’re the best man and maid of honor for your siblings’ wedding. 🤣 It a clean funny romcom that will take you on a ride! I’ve only read one other book by Nina. Her style of storytelling is interesting, I think it’s because it doesn’t feel like she focuses as much on the romance. Like more of a sub plot. Kind of? I’m not sure how to describe it. It was great! It felt like there were things happening all the time and it was hard to guess how it was all going to turn out. (At least it was for me. 😂) I pretty much only guessed one thing. The ending was totally my favorite part. 😍 Adventure with a dash of romance. I had a great time reading it!

Wow, you start off with action and it doesn’t stop! You will be at the edge of your seat all the way through. Holy smokes! That was a ride. A great retelling of the Little Mermaid. I’d place it at a level 2 for intimacy as it seemed they thought about kissing each other a lot and actually did kiss quite a bit, but not heavily described. Description was like barely level 2. The ending was epic! Totally recommend!

This retelling of Snow White was just fabulous! Some things I guessed and other things I totally didn’t see coming! I loved watching the character development of Arabella. I have so many opinions I wish I could say, but can’t! No spoilers here. The captain 😍 loved him as soon as he graced the page! The meltiest, most lovable man! The other characters were delightful! A simply fantastic story with clean romance, intrigue, humor and plot twists!

This is only the second retelling of the fairytale I’ve read and I enjoyed it! It’s written is a voice that’s different from what I usually read. I can’t explain how it’s different, it’s just interesting. It’s a tender and sweet story. Overall it had a good pace. There’s quite a bit of trauma the MMC has to work through, the poor darling. The ending is just sweet and will probably get you tearing up. 🥹 At one point some characters show up I’m sure are in another book that is in the same world. I am so looking forward to reading their story!

I super enjoyed this Robin Hood retelling! The MMC is just so cute! Love him! Big fan of Grace’s new friend. I totally get her. 😂 There’s an added layer of danger to add to the stakes. Oh my gosh I LOVED it! I enjoy the writing style and loved the story. Alex’s maturing was awesome. I was totally giving him a talking to in my head at the beginning, but he became the kind of guy I would 100% swoon over! ❤️😍 I was so impatient for him to return to London I was positively expiring from the anticipation! 😂 And Johan is like the greatest side character. I loved him! He definitely needs his own story, I am pleading with the author now. 😆 And Lucinda! Oh, it was just all wonderful and y’all should read it! ❤️ It is absolutely…gripping…😉 (pun totally intended). I would have liked the defense to have been stronger (IYKYK), but that’s okay. 😁

Not typically a fan of instant love, but I think it worked here! I felt like by the end they really did know each others’ character, so it’s all good! I love Lord Blackstone, he cracks me up. The humor was light, mostly a sweet love story. The MMC has reformed his debauchery ways and has a little revenge plot going on. I loved it and oh my gosh he was so cute at the end! 🥰 Totally recommend!

Wow, what a story! The personal development of May was great. We meet her after life has already thrown some curve balls and she’s not handling it very well. You see glimpses of who she is at her core, but she is consumed by her anger and pride. Enter the kindest and most tender guy. He really is a sweetheart. I loved how they helped each other grow. Matching strengths to weaknesses. It was a hard road, but we got there in the end! I also loved that she came to her own realizations about herself. You can’t force someone to change, they have to want to change. Oh, and the surgeon Étienne is my favorite. 😂😂
